Metal Roofing
Metal Roofing typically doesn't have a life span it will withstand the elements forever as long as it is maintained properly. Our steel roofing is hand fabricated locally in Richmond, it also has a lifetime warranty on the color/finish. We offer many different types of metal roofing.
TPO Flat Roofing Systems
TPO is the industry standard in flat roofs. The material is similar to a swimming pool liner. It can last a very long time without having to be maintained or replaced. It comes in a couple different colors and we have had great results with it.
Slate Roofing
Slate roofing is completely on its own level. A typical slate roof can last up to 200 years! It doesn't age or wear. It Is made from metamorphic rock. Slate is the most expensive type of roofing.
Cedar Shake
Cedar Roofing can last between 30-40 years and sometimes even longer as long as it is properly maintained. It is a more outdated type of roofing, we still install in if requested.
Vinyl Roofing
Vinyl roofing is our least popular type of roofing. Vinyl can be typically shaped and made to look like other types of roofing such as slate, shingles, etc. The life expectancy varies due to weather and how properly it was installed. It can also be expensive.
Metal Roof Restorations
Something we have exclusively specialized in for over 50 years. We can make an old rusty steel roof completely water-proof once again, and coat it with a special coating that completely stops and covers the rust. It also prevents rust from re-accuring for over 15 years! We mostly do this on big commercial buildings.
